DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?
No, I have legal support to answer any concerns regarding real estate law in California.
WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?
Typical commissions range from 5-6% split with buyer or listing agent brokerage. The price depends on the complexity of the transaction and what listing brokerage is charging seller. Remember if you are buying the commission almost always comes from the proceeds of the sellers.
